In the construction project, temporary work is work, which installed temporarily for of main structure and removed after its completion. Even though it a facility used demolished only during phase, accounts about 10% total cost. addition, an important directly connected to cost quality construction, so that completeness building depends on technology work. Therefore, necessary manage through systematic inspection activities. order perform inspection, essential detailed specific activities, such as inspecting conformity design compliance with relevant standards based information, drawings, specifications, checklists, are carried out. However, most information does not include any in documents (drawings, etc.). Additionally, direct among works treated auxiliary site, although breakdown structure. Accordingly, control engineer must manually check contents covers overall probability human error increased, carries out tasks, preparing inspection-related materials checklist writing result report. This leads inefficiency problems re-provisioning re-inspection. construct business process can efficiently carry by complementing improving above involving performed inefficiently. this study, BIM-based system prototype was developed automate tasks systematically store various types each facilities improve efficiency engineer.
